Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at our medical spa with locations in Manhattan . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical spa setting, with a focus on aesthetic procedures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical spa and providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, and skincare treatments.
- Perform Venipuncture IV procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are well-stocked and sanitized.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adhere to all relevant medical and spa regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Spa setting, specializing in aesthetic procedures.
- Proficiency in Venipuncture IV procedures.
- Positive work attitude with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Exceptional reliability to accommodate a busy schedule, including minimal cancellations and days off.
- Proficiency in computer and digital tools for record-keeping and scheduling.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
- Must be available to start immediately.
